Foudy has been a tremendous service for our home purchases. She was absolutely
wonderful in getting us in our first starter home and has recently helped us
move into our dream home. Along with finding our perfect house, Alanna was able
to assist us in purchasing our home for $30,000 below appraised value and even
helped us through the process of considering a sale. Within a couple weeks of
moving in, we were presented with a couple offers to sell the house for
approximately $100,000. Without Alanna's help and guidance, we would've been at
a complete loss of what to do. Alanna is also by far, one of the most patient
Realtors that we have ever met. We looked at well over 60 homes and while we
